Receives and records all monies and securities; deposits the same in a depository. Makes payments for budgeted disbursements. Prepares annual budget and annual financial reports. |

Serves as the contact person for all parents regarding player registrations, including residence and age eligibility. Conducts the player draft and all other player transactions or selection meetings. Coordinates All-Star teams formation. |

Serves as the contact person for all Majors baseball managers and coaches. Coordinates fields and schedules for teams within their respective divisions. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to those programs. |

Work with SLL program leads to assemble and publish relevant information in available communication channels including website, newsletter, targeted emails, and facebook posts. |

Oversee purchasing function for SLL. Approve purchases to support SLL functions like facilities, equipment, uniforms, and merchandise. Helps SLL maximize cost savings opportunities by requiring competitive bids for contracts. Approves new vendors. Signs contracts. |
| Equipment Managers | Work with Purchasing Director to maintain proper equipment inventory for upcoming baseball and softball programs. Distribute equipment to coaches; collect at end of the year. |

Oversee maintenance of SLL facilities, including Brock O’Connor and McWhirter fields, the shed, batting cages, parking lot and property contained. Train coaches in proper prep and maintenance of SLL baseball fields. Maintain equipment and supplies for the care of SLL fields and facilities. Plan and coordinate annual SLL Facilities Work Day. |

Oversee the league’s Sportsmanship program which involves establishing expectations with coaches, players and spectators through training and communication materials, reinforcing throughout the year, and recognizing excellent sportsmanship through individual and team awards. May also involve receiving sportsmanship-related complaints during the year and working with parties involved to come to a resolution. |

Manage Scholarship program funds in accordance with program requirements. Maintain program documentation on the league website. Review scholarship applications with memorial fund chair-person and decide on an appropriate award. Work with Treasurer to disburse funds and record in league’s financial system. Complete necessary filings with tax authorities. Prepare program update for monthly board meetings. |

Oversee Challenger Division program. Coordinate and communicate schedule with the team and volunteers. Schedule practices and games for the 8-week season.
