Summer Ball
Registration is open now and will close the 23rd of June.
First games will be played on 7 July with 2 games per week (either M/W or Tu/Th).

Please ensure that you pass the word that during registration they’ll have the ability to buddy request other players/friends. I build rosters first off those requests, then balance with schools/leagues as much as possible.

SUMMER BALL IS HERE!
Summer Baseball is a fun summer program that lets kids take advantage of nicer weather and continue playing baseball during summer. For our summer baseball programs, the emphasis is on HAVING FUN and less about skill development and competition. Registration is open to Little League players who are age-eligible for the programs we offer, including players within the SLL boundary as well as players who live in other Little League boundary areas.
Teams are formed AT ALL LEVELS by buddy request/schools/leagues to ensure the focus is more on FUN

ROOKIE BASEBALL
(7-9 year old)
Rookie summer baseball is played using the RAPID BASEBALL (https://www.rapidbaseball.org/) format currently in place for our AA Level. Please refer to our AA program description for a full understanding of RAPID BASEBALL (https://www.sammamishlittleleague.org/baseball)
Rookie baseball is best suited for those who have played SINGLE A baseball and are ready to move up to faster game play as well as those AA players who want additional experience before moving up to our Majors level

COAST BASEBALL (9-10)
Coast summer baseball is designed to give players an introduction to our 2nd level of majors level play. Geared towards those players who are ready to move forward from Minors AA Baseball as well as those who played AAA level in the spring, players should be ready to play competitively on both sides of the field
Teams are formed AT ALL LEVELS by buddy request/schools/leagues to ensure the focus is more on FUN
MAJORS BASEBALL (11-12)
Majors summer baseball is our upper level program and is for those player who played COAST or MAJORS spring baseball.

Players who are playing in the next division next season can opt to play up (ie, played Coast in spring and will play Majors next spring can play up to Majors in the summer). Based on the number of players, each team is created using buddy requests and then balanced to ensure competitiveness.
Summer league runs from July 7th through August 1st (about a four-week season). Games are played on weeknights only and played on two alternative nights (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday). We will release the full schedule about a week or two before the games begin.
